With the Associations Manager from Integration Glue, you can automate the creation and deletion of record associations and labels between records in HubSpot from a Workflow.

Create associations via filter criteria

Creates record associations based on matching property filters. Ideal for handling imported or integrated records, significantly reducing manual tasks.

Create associations via record ID

Creates record associations based on a record ID (e.g., external platform unique ID). Ideal for handling imported or integrated records, significantly reducing manual tasks.

Delete associations

Automatically removes specified associations between records. Choose the source object and apply filters based on association labels for targeted deletion. Simplifies removing erroneous or outdated record links, saving time and effort.

Delete association labels

Automatically deletes association labels between records. Choose the source object and apply label-specific filters for targeted removal, simplifying the task of updating or correcting record relationships.

Delete activity associations

Remove an Email or Meeting Activity association from a record where a specific term is found or not found in a subject line or description, e.g. a job code or record ID. Solves the challenges raised by activities/engagements being auto-associated with open Deals and Tickets. Note that only Activities created today are considered.

Usage & pricing

When you register for Integration Glue, you will get access to a whole bunch of HubSpot data and productivity apps, such as Actions to Clone records (including associated records), get User/Owner information and add to a Property or calculate a date.

Integration Glue pricing is based on utilization, so you can use all of our apps together under a single license and you will only be charged for the total credits you use per month.
