How does the Integration work?

Install the HubSpot & Docusign Integration Glue apps.

Create a HubSpot workflow to send documents to Docusign for eSign using a custom Docusign workflow action.

When triggered Docusign will email specified recipients requesting them to sign the document.

eSign failures and successes are captured against the HubSpot record.

Once final signed Docusign PDF is uploaded to HubSpot and associated with the original record.
